Number of devices:
With this „Full Version Family“ , you can use the app on up to five devices at the same time (e.g., your cell phone and a Windows device, as well as devices used by several family members). Theoretically, you can use it on even more devices, but you can only be logged in on five devices at a time.
Subscription Info:
This is no subscription! Full access simply expires after six years and can be extended, renewed, or adjusted at any time here or in the app. Starting in October 2026, you’ll be able to set up a subscription with automatic renewal directly from the app (billed through Apple/Google).
New / Renew / Adjust:
- New: If you haven’t had full access yet, it will be activated here.
- Renew: If you already have Family full access that may be expiring soon, it will be renewed for six years (provided you log in with the same credentials).
- Adjust: If you already had a Basic or Plus Full Access plan, a new Family Access plan will be created. The old plan will be deactivated, and the remaining time on the old plan will be applied proportionally to the new plan (e.g., if you have 5 months left on your Basic Full Access plan, your Family plan will be extended by 1 month—since you can now use 5 devices instead of just one).
