Number of devices:
With this „Full Version Basic“, you can theoretically use the app on different devices (e.g., your cell phone and on Windows), but you can only be logged in on one device at a time. If you want to be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously (e.g., multiple users in the family at the same time), you must choose the „Plus“ or „Family“ plans.
Subscription Info:
This is no subscription! Full access simply expires after one year and can be extended, renewed, or adjusted at any time here or in the app. Starting in October 2026, you’ll be able to set up a subscription with automatic renewal directly from the app (billed through Apple/Google).
New / Renew / Adjust:
- New: If you haven’t had full access yet, it will be activated here.
- Renew: If you already have Basic full access that may be expiring soon, it will be renewed for one year (provided you log in with the same credentials).
- Adjust: If you previously had a Plus or Family Full Access plan, this will create a new Basic Access plan. Your old plan will be deactivated, and the remaining duration will be prorated and applied to the new access (e.g., if you have 1 month of Family Full Access remaining, your Basic account will be extended by 5 months—since you’ll then only be able to use 1 device instead of 5).
